| Dr. KOT specializes in psychological assessment, individual, marriage and family therapy.
She has worked extensively with Children, adolescents and adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, death
and losses, marital conflicts, family problems and spiritual issues.
She has completed the certified training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and is specialized in treatment of trauma, phobia, sexual abuse and anxiety.
Being a Registered Psychologist by profession and a Marriage & Family Therapist,
Dr KOT is well experienced in consulting problems in relation to marriage and family disputes for professional executives and apart from being a visitation lecturer and supervisor.
She is currently an Expert Columnist for the South China Morning Post she was also a Visitation Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor for Baptist Seminary, ex-president of Psychotherapy Society of Hong Kong and a Column Writer for Pre-school and Happy Family Magazine. She also published article on the issues on Homosexuality, as well as books on emotions and spirituality: “The Orchestra of Emotions – Walking through the four basic emotions in life,” “Journey into the Wilderness: Transformation of Emotion in Life.” and “Life-transformed Healing – Walking through Emotional Moments with Jesus.” Dr. KOT was invited by the Fire Asia Conference as a speaker for 2006. She was also the guest speaker for the Divorce Recovery program, the Media Evangelism’s Life Hotline and Life Hotline Emergency Manual series. She is also being selected into the “Who’s Who in the World”, 24th Edition, 2007- 2009. She is also the founder and Executive Officer for Rapha Foundation Ltd and has conducted various workshops to lay people and training courses to professional counselor. |

Miss Chow Po Lun Ellen graduated in M.A. Professional Counseling of Oliver Nazarene University. She is a registered nurse. In taking care of physical health of people, she knows that the psychological health is also played an important role in human being. She is a volunteer of Critical Incident Support Group, which support the psychological needs of staff in critical incident period in hospital. Now she is under Dr. Kot’s close supervision in the capacity as a psychological counselor. |

Mr. Richard Yung is the Principal of Ameritax Plus Ltd and has over twenty years of business consulting experiences including ten years with the Big Four international accounting firms. Mr. Yung is very much interested in the understanding of human behavior and helping people with what he has learnt. He studied Sociology (major) and Psychology (minor) in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and received a Bachelor in Social Science in 1986. Recently he has completed most of his course work requirements from both the M.A. in Pastoral Care and Christian Counseling of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and M.A. in Professional Counseling of the Olivet Nazarene University. Mr. Yung is now working as a Counselor for Connexion, under Dr. Kot's supervision. |

Ms Hannah Lau has completed her Master Degree streaming in Pastoral Studies and Counseling in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The course has enlightened her in the realm of integration of theology and counseling. Recently she has completed her course work requirements from the M.A. in Professional Counseling of the Olivet Nazarene University. She is now under Dr. Kot’s close supervision in the matter of internship. She was a language teacher in a secondary school and worked as a guidance teacher for eight years for the Department of Counseling handling teen counseling cases and counseling programs. She was a voluntary worker for a youth center, assisting in programs for teenagers and retarded people. |

Ms May Lui graduated in M.A. Professional Counseling of Oliver Nazarene University. She has B.Th degreed in Lutheran Theological Seminary and worked in church last few years ago. She realizes that spiritual health and the psychological health also play an important role in the well being of a person in church. Ms May Lui is now working as a Counselor for Connexion, under Dr. Kot's supervision. |

Ms. Jaymee Kwan has graduated in M.A. Clinical Psychology at Wheaton College. She was previously working at a community service centre as a clinical psychologist for children and youth services. She specializes in children and youth development and their respective disorders, and family relationships. Ms. Kwan finds play therapy and art therapy as great tools in counseling and she devotes to assist others in the journey of bereavement and losses. She is currently under Dr. Kot’s supervision at Connexion. |

Ms. Noelle Wong has completed the Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling (MAPC) program of Hong Kong Institute of Christian Counselors in cooperation with Olivet Nazarene University, United States. She graduated in Bachelor of Business and Advanced Diploma of Business in Accounting at Swinburne University in Australia. She had over ten years working experiences in banking and five years working experiences in an integrated family service centre. She is working as Field Officer of MAPC practicum and internship program at an institute. Noelle is also working as a Counselor for Connexion, under Dr. Kot's supervision. |

Mr. Hon Chi-chung graduated from the Hong Kong Institute of Christian counselors and the U.S. co-Olivet Nazarene University's : Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, the New York Theological Education Center: Master of the Biblical Studies, and the Alliance Bible Seminary Bachelor of Theology . He now continues to pursue his master degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. He was a missionary church pastor who is committed to the integration of spiritual guidance and counseling according to the Biblical truth as well as trying to promote the importance of balanced growth on both the physical and spiritual aspects. Mr. Hon has received the following training: Certificate of gambling treatment and the Prepare /Enrich marriage certificate courses. He also serves as a volunteer co-coordinator for the annual conference as well as working as a volunteer group Counselor at the Rapha Foundation Ltd. Currently he is practicing as a counselor at Connexion Psychological Practice Ltd.under Dr Kot’s supervision. He advocated the importance of emotion in his therapeutic model. |
