Counseling Room
It is not just about renting the venue, but includes the entire service process, including: at the beginning of the consultation, we will receive the client and select a consultation room; after the consultation, the staff will collect the consultation fee on your behalf, and if you need to make an appointment for the next consultation, they can also make an appointment at the same time - this can avoid the embarrassment of having to ask the client for money immediately after the consultation.
In other words, you don't have to worry about anything from reception to fees and appointments, and you can settle the bill on the spot after the client leaves.
Application Procedures

Application forms can be downloaded from our website or obtained by calling our centre.

Applicants must pay the full fee one day before the rental (before the tutoring session on that day) (in order to reserve the room).

If you need to change the date, you must notify the center within 24 hours before office hours. If you fail to show up without notice or cancel the rental on the same day, the applicant will still be required to pay the full fee.
Activity Room
It can be used for group therapy, teaching courses, meetings, small lectures, etc. It is suitable for different groups or private rentals! Located in the core commercial area of Causeway Bay, adjacent to the MTR station, individuals or groups interested in renting the center are welcome to contact us.
Small activity room
Capacity: 6 - 10 people Area: Approximately 9 x 11.5 feet
Multi-purpose Activity Room
Capacity: 16 - 20 people
Area: Approximately 16.5 x 11.5 feet
Application Procedures

Application must be made 14 days in advance.

Applicants are required to pay a 50% rental deposit within two days of application acceptance. The room will be reserved only after the deposit is received.

Application forms can be downloaded from our website or obtained by calling our centre.

The remaining balance must be paid three days prior to the rental.

The rental fee does not include venue set-up and clean-up.

If you are absent without notice, or need to change the date/cancel the venue rental, you must notify the center 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be required to pay the full fee.

The venue will be open to the renter 15 minutes before the rental time for preparation. (Subject to adjustment depending on the room rental situation)
