Forensic psychological assessment involves detailed clinical interviews and evidence-based psychological testing for different mental health enquiries related to the legal proceedings. For criminal cases, it addresses the psychological issues underlying the index acts and involves making recommendations for the court. For civil matters, it may involve the assessment of possible psychological injury in relation to accidents or certain incidents.        Dr Kot is very experienced and has been frequently invited to conduct Forensic psychological assessments such as  to accidents, injuries, physical, emotional, sexual abuses, and child custodies.
