According to the American Psychological Association, “Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives”.  Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my clients develop effective tools to help them cope with all of life’s various obstacles.  At Connexion , we are here to  help our clients:

  • increase self-understanding

  • how to regulate negative emotions

  • resolve internal conflicts

  • accept painful pasts and experience life-changing transformation

  • renew interpersonal relationships

  • fully realise their potential and attain a better quality of life at home, at work, and in the community.

Counseling is a journey of self-discovery, starting with a curious exploration of one’s own emotional and bodily responses in a safe and supportive environment. Focusing skills, together with accurate listening and full empathy can help clients to discover themselves as well as finding reliefs of their internal unspoken tension, which may lead to a new realm of relaxation and integration. The symptoms that trouble us in the first place can be the key signals for understanding the innermost message. Often, the failure to resolve the problems and difficulties at the present moment may originate from the imprint of the past injury experience. After being understood, resonated, accepted, and expressed, the inner frozen part is finally resolved and integrated into the entire system. The past problem has been solved, and the problem of the current predicament has also been dissolved!
