If you are interested in using this service, you can follow the following procedure:                                          Step one
Fill in the contact details, select the counselor and your preferred date and time for the online counseling/therapy.

Step 2
Our staff will contact you to confirm the date and time of the online counseling/therapy, and provide you with the payment method (Bank of China (Bank of China), FPS, Octopus, RMB WeChat Pay)

Step 3
After payment is made, please inform us and send us your Whatsapp/ Signal/ Wechat payment receipt

Step 4
We will send a confirmation message and provide your preferred online channel for the counseling (you can choose zoom, Whatsapp, or WeChat WeChat wxid_xbhscy8wttc822) .

Step 5
At the appointment hour, the counsellor will contact you to start the Video session.                                                       Terms:

1. Payment is non-refundable. If the recipient needs to change the date and time, they must notify the center 24 hours before the original time, and the time can be changed once free of charge. If the request to change fails to notify us 24 hours in advance before the appointment, the counseling session will be cancelled and no refund will be given. The client needs to set up for another online counseling session.

2. Please be punctual for the appointment, if the client is late for the online session, the session time will be cut short accordingly and the session will end at originally agreed time, so as not to affect other clients’ appointments. Payment made will not be refunded.
